Anne-Catherine Robert-Hauglustaine(Belgium),Director General of ICOM
法國巴黎社會科學(xué)高等研究院科學(xué)技術(shù)史系博士畢業(yè)。曾在法國巴黎工藝博物館工作近十年:2000年至2007年任展覽與出版部主任,2001年至2008年任博物館期刊總編。2008年至2014年,擔(dān)任法國斯特拉斯堡大學(xué)“科學(xué)花園”項目副總監(jiān),并于2012年至2014年出任歐洲科學(xué)項目協(xié)會(Eusea)副主席。現(xiàn)任《文化與博物館》雜志國際科學(xué)委員會委員,以及法國巴黎第一大學(xué)(邦得翁-索邦大學(xué))副教授。
自擔(dān)任國際博協(xié)執(zhí)行委員會當(dāng)然委員以來,長期從事國際博物館工作,至今已十五年有余。在其擔(dān)任董事會成員(2007-2010年)和國際博協(xié)展覽交流委員會主席(2010-2013年)期間參與多個國際展覽項目。2013年8月國際博協(xié)第23屆大會(巴西里約熱內(nèi)盧)召開期間,當(dāng)選國際博協(xié)司庫;同年12月被任命為國際博協(xié)總干事,2014年5月1日正式上任。2014年至2015年,作為國際博協(xié)總干事,與聯(lián)合國教科文組織合作開展博物館及藏品的保護(hù)和推廣工作。
With a Ph.D. in history of science and technology from the école des Hautes étudesen Sciences Sociales (EHESS), Paris, France, Prof. Dr. Robert-Hauglustaine worked for nearly 10 years at the Musée des Arts et Métiers in Paris, France, notably as the Director of the Exhibitions and Publications Department from 2000 to 2007 and as Editor-in-Chief of the museum’s magazine from 2001 to 2008. From 2008 to 2014, she worked as Deputy Director of the Jardin des Sciences of the University of Strasbourg in France, and served as Vice-President of the European Science Events Association (Eusea) from 2012 to 2014. She is currently member of the international scientific committee of the magazine Culture et Musées, and Associate Professor at the University Paris 1--Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).
Her longtime dedication to ICOM and to the international museum community goes back more than 15 years when she served as an ex-officio member on the Executive Board of ICOM National Committee in France. During her term as board member (2007-2010), then chairperson (2010-2013) of ICOM’s International Committee for Exhibition Exchange (ICEE), Prof. Dr. Robert-Hauglustaine was involved in various international exhibition projects. She was elected Treasurer of ICOM at ICOM’s 23rd General Conference in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in August 2013 and later appointed Director General of ICOM by the Executive Council in the following December. She took up her function officially on 1May, 2014. As ICOM’s Director General, she led in 2014 and 2015, the work on a UNESCO-ICOM recommendation on the Protection and Promotion of Museums and Collections.
