2019年11月5日至14日,國(guó)際博協(xié)培訓(xùn)中心2019年秋季培訓(xùn)班在宜興市博物館成功舉辦。這是培訓(xùn)中心舉辦的第十三期常規(guī)培訓(xùn)班,共招收31名學(xué)員。其中,中國(guó)學(xué)員16名,來(lái)自10個(gè)省市16家機(jī)構(gòu);國(guó)際學(xué)員15名,來(lái)自亞非拉歐14個(gè)國(guó)家。
The ICOM-ITC November 2019 Training Workshop was successfully held at Yixing Museum from November 5 to 14. As the 13th regular workshop organized by ICOM-ITC, it recruited 31 participants, including 16 Chinese participants from 16 institutions in 10 provinces and 15 international participants from 14 countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe.

圍繞培訓(xùn)主題“營(yíng)造博物館學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境:開(kāi)發(fā)相關(guān)公眾項(xiàng)目”,8位中外專家結(jié)合工作實(shí)踐,從博物館教育的目標(biāo)與挑戰(zhàn)、教育項(xiàng)目評(píng)估、博物館教育中的科技運(yùn)用、資源分享和社區(qū)合作等多個(gè)方面展開(kāi)課程。課程內(nèi)容豐富實(shí)用,理論實(shí)踐并重,不僅探討了學(xué)員們普遍關(guān)心的問(wèn)題和難題,也拓寬了大家對(duì)博物館教育的認(rèn)知和理解。
Centering on the theme “Museums as learning environments: Developing relevant public programs”, eight Chinese and international experts delivered lectures on various topics, including goals and challenges of museum education, evaluation of education programs , the use of technology in museum education, resource sharing and community collaboration based on their practices and experiences. These lectures emphasized on both theory and practice, which not only discuss the common concerns but also broaden participants’ cognition and understanding of museum education.


專家授課
集中授課以外,培訓(xùn)班還設(shè)置多個(gè)互動(dòng)環(huán)節(jié),鼓勵(lì)學(xué)員主動(dòng)分享、發(fā)現(xiàn)和展示。分享環(huán)節(jié),多位學(xué)員帶來(lái)本館教育手冊(cè)、工具包、教具等,介紹其最有代表性或最成功的教育案例。這些各具特色、創(chuàng)意滿滿的資料還成為課余討論與交流的焦點(diǎn)。它們雖由各國(guó)不同的語(yǔ)言文字寫成,但其中的教育理念和方法是相通的。大家饒有興致地翻看、端詳,向分享人請(qǐng)教活動(dòng)細(xì)節(jié),不時(shí)發(fā)出“哦!”的感嘆聲。
In addition to the lectures, the workshop also had multiple interactive sessions to encourage participants to share, discover and present actively. In the Show and Tell session, participants from different museums showed their brochures, tool kits and teaching aids to introduce their most representative or successful educational cases. These distinctive and innovative materials attracted everyone’s attention. Even though they were written in different language, the educational theories and methods were inner-connected. Everyone showed great interest, discussed on details and gasped with admiration from time to time.


學(xué)員展示交流
“藏品閱讀”課鼓勵(lì)學(xué)員主動(dòng)發(fā)現(xiàn)藏品背后的故事。這是培訓(xùn)班的保留課程,每次都以疑問(wèn)和好奇開(kāi)頭,以創(chuàng)意和歡樂(lè)結(jié)尾。課程選用了6件藏品,均為宜興市博物館收藏的珍貴文物。學(xué)員們自行選擇感興趣的文物,據(jù)此分為小組來(lái)挖掘藏品信息,再通過(guò)小品劇等形式將這些信息講述出來(lái)。學(xué)員們就地取材,用彩紙和膠帶做出了衣服、帽子,用彩筆畫出各種圖案,通過(guò)角色扮演和故事講述將藏品背后的故事娓娓道來(lái)。授課專家只介紹課程意義和目的,閱讀與展示等全部由學(xué)員獨(dú)立完成。
The “Reading Artifacts” session encouraged participants to explore hidden stories of artifacts. As a classic lecture of the workshop, it always begins with questions and curiosity and ends with creativity and joy. The six artifacts selected for this session are all precious cultural relics collected in Yixing Museum. Participants chose the artifact that interested them the most and were divided into six separate groups accordingly. After exploration and discussion, they recounted the stories behind these artifacts in active forms. Participants wore the clothes and hats, which were made of colorful papers and tapes and decorated by crayons, to perform the stories by role-playing or story-telling. The experts only introduced the meaning and purpose of the session. In other words, all the readings and presentations were completed by the participants themselves.

“藏品閱讀”課
除了探討博物館教育,培訓(xùn)班還關(guān)注學(xué)員展示匯報(bào)技能的提高,從規(guī)劃構(gòu)思、整體結(jié)構(gòu)、幻燈片設(shè)計(jì)、觀點(diǎn)陳述、時(shí)間把控等方面講述何為好的匯報(bào)。匯報(bào)在精,不在多,觀點(diǎn)清晰、邏輯連貫的匯報(bào)更容易被記住。理論講授之后,學(xué)員們分為中外兩組進(jìn)行隨堂練習(xí)和展示,活學(xué)活用,剛剛掌握的技巧立刻就能派上用場(chǎng)。
The workshop not only discussed museum education, but also focused on the participants’ presentation skills. A lecture was given on how to make a great presentation in terms of conception, structure, slide design, key points, time control, etc. A presentation with few but valuable points, clear structure and coherent logic is more likely to be memorized by the audience. After the lecture, participants were divided into two groups and encouraged to deliver presentations with the skills they mastered just now.
“展示匯報(bào)技巧”課
此外,學(xué)員們還走出課堂,到宜興市博物館、中國(guó)陶瓷博物館、前墅龍窯現(xiàn)場(chǎng)學(xué)習(xí)。手工制作也是本次培訓(xùn)班的一大亮點(diǎn)。經(jīng)過(guò)基礎(chǔ)培訓(xùn)后,學(xué)員們自己設(shè)計(jì)和制作均陶盤和紫砂壺,體驗(yàn)當(dāng)?shù)靥厣に?。這些作品成為培訓(xùn)班送給學(xué)員們的獨(dú)一無(wú)二的禮物。
Moreover, participants visited Yixing Museum, China Ceramic Museum and Dragon Kiln in Qianshu to further study. Hands-on activity is also a highlight of this workshop. After basic training, participants designed and made their own ceramic plates and teapots to experience local craftsmanship. These works have all become unique gifts for them.

培訓(xùn)班的成功舉辦,得益于國(guó)際博協(xié)、中國(guó)博協(xié)和故宮博物院的一貫支持,更得益于宜興市政府、宜興市文體廣電和旅游局及宜興市博物館的鼎力配合。今后,培訓(xùn)中心將繼續(xù)圍繞博物館藏品、展覽、教育及管理等方面開(kāi)展更加豐富實(shí)用的主題培訓(xùn),為博物館同仁搭建良好的國(guó)際交流平臺(tái),提供博物館領(lǐng)域最前沿的知識(shí)和信息,促進(jìn)世界范圍內(nèi)尤其是亞太地區(qū)博物館的長(zhǎng)期蓬勃發(fā)展。
